Last and final cookbook entry! I promise!

But no one could resist loving this cook book! Just the cover is so colourful and unusual!
And just because I have included a photograph of Queensland beaches doesn't mean that the other States do not have beaches and sights of equal attraction.

If only Amazon would allow me to write where I wanted to do then this could be quite an interesting Blog entry but........one can't
have everything... one can wish but...

No I am not about to include any recipes from the camel train of the far north. This is Broome and I could be talking about the crocodiles which every now and then find their way to this beach to scare the locals. But....

Down south is the description of Busselton...the longest pier in the southern hemisphere but also some of the best eating places and wineries to satisfy any palette.

I think seafood does dominate the many kitchens seeing most Australians live on the coastal edge of Australia. Yet now and then beef steak does want to be acknowledged as the best
meat. How would we know?...The best is exported!

Aha! I've been given the chance to comment!
Yes one photo and recipe per State should show you just what I am writing about. Please don't think that I have run out of cook books...I haven't but I've decided that enough is enough! I'm bored and so must you be but...nevertheless...it takes a lot to beat the colours of Australia and the food combinations. And the bonus is if you click on and enlarge the photo you may pick up a recipe you like.

  2. Thanks Patricia but what now? No plans for trips for a while but will this morning's (3:30am) missing final step on stairs and rushing to watch the Wallabies beat the English do? Not much of a holiday but...a win is a win!
